ABOUT PRO-FIX

Who We Are

Pro-Fix was established in 2008 by directors Phil Syers and Stuart Ward.
Both directors had extensive experience in the steel fixing and reinforced concrete field and decided to merge together and venture into the construction industry as independent contractors.
Since there first contract, A relatively small bund tank, the company has grown from strength to strength. Their expertise has now been demanded on many high profile projects throughout the United Kingdom, and this growth has come through to “word of mouth” due to quality, safe and professional steel fixing practices.

Pro-Fix now have many
experienced steel fixers on their books, all of which are trained to a minimum of NVQ level 2 and all hold valid CSCS safety cards,  we also have a labour supply data base of 1000s of nation wide workers.

Health and safety in construction nowadays is of paramount importance.
Pro-fix ensure that the health, safety and well being of anyone within their reach whilst undertaking work is of upmost importance to them
Pro-Fix work with Paul Tootle Health and Safety Ltd to keep them up to date with all aspects of health and safety and have an impeccable health and safety record over the past 12 years.

Pro-Fix are committed to training, and now all employees hold an NVQ 2 in steel fixing, and a valid CSCS card due to liaising with construction skills.
With the above now a minimum requirement to gain employment with Pro-Fix, a majority of their steel fixers hold various other safety qualifications e.g. abrasive wheels, pasma scaffolding, confined spaces to name a few.
Whilst both directors are still active foreman/ supervisors, all other supervisors now hold valid SSSTS (site supervisor safety training scheme) certificates.

Pro-Fix are now a Constructionline accredited company.
